

Coconut, Mango, Banana & Quinoa Ice Blocks
Makes 8 ice blocks 1 cup quinoa 2 cups water 1 cup coconut milk 1 cup natural yogurt 1/2 cup shredded coconut 1 mango 2 bananas Instructions: 1. In a pot, combine quinoa with the water, cover with a lid, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and let simmer for about 10mins or until the water is absorbed. 2.
